Selfies with Santa
The Yonge Lawrence Village BIA is hosting an event on Saturday December 20th from 11am to 2pm in the Yonge Blvd. parkette where you can get a selfie with Santa, enjoy free hot chocolage, and some seasonal tunes From 1 to 2pm pets can take part and get a picture with Santa too.
Yonge Lawrence Village BIA
A BIA (Business Improvement Area) is an association of local business operators and commercial property owners. This association works in partnership with their local municipality to develop a stronger business community. The Yonge Lawrence Village BIA is located on both the East and West sides of Yonge Street from just south of Lawrence Avenue to Donwoods Drive at the north end, and includes commercial properties situated on side streets adjoining Yonge Street within that area.
This BIA has an annual village day festival in June, implements streetscape and beautification to improve the visual appeal of the village, and conducts marketing and promotional initiatives.

Our membership fees are $40/year per household, or just $20 for seniors.
BPRO is a volunteer-run group of local residents dedicated to building an engaged and informed neighbourhood and promoting the best interests of Bedford Park. We work with various levels of government, neighbouring resident associations, and developers to understand and have input into issues that affect the more than 3,700 homes our community.
Acting together, we believe we can have a significant impact on the things that matter most to residents and navigate change in a way that respects the unique and vibrant qualities that make our neighbourhood special.
